1. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within Australia. We are working towards expanding our shipping reach, so please stay tuned for updates!

2. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary, but we always do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Methods:
We offer standard or express shipping for all orders. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Australia Post. 

4. Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia and the shipping method selected. On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Remote areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

5. Shipping Costs:
$10 for standard delivery
$15 for express postage

6. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

7. Delivery Issues:
While we strive to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, occasionally, issues may arise that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. 8. International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

9. Shipping Holidays:
Please note that our shipping operations are closed on public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or if it is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in these cases.
